The Right of
Self-Defense
The protection of one's person or property against some injury attempted by another.
Self Defense is anything we think or do to increase our physical, mental, and emotional safety.
Self Defense thinking and behavior is assertive, rather than passive or aggressive.
Self-defense is a defense to certain criminal charges as well as to some civil claims. Under both Criminal Law and Tort Law, self-defense is commonly asserted in cases of Homicide, Assault and Battery, and other crimes involving the attempted use of violence against an individual. Statutory and case law governing self-defense is generally the same in tort and criminal law.
It should be noted that “self-preservation” was often used synonymously with “self-defense.” Samuel Rutherford, for instance, used both terms as equals:
They [the people] reserve the power of self-preservation . . . that they may by common counsel defend themselves. Self-preservation in all creatures in which is nature, is in the creatures suitable to their nature. The bull defendeth itself by its horns, the eagle by her claws and bill. . . . Self-defence is natural to man. . . . [B]y the law of God and nature, we are to use violent re-offending for self-preservation. [Rutherford, Lex Rex, pp. 99, 159-161. (Emphasis added.)]
The Meissner Effect and Self-Defense:
Although it may almost sound unbelievable - the knowledge field of quantum physics and the logical conversion of the principles has lead to astounding results.
Now it is possible, due to the extensive work of a research group, to generate an energetic shield that reflects any attack or aggression that could possibly affect an innocent person!
This simply means that the perpetrators become the subjects of their own attacking plans.
It’s absolutely unimportant whether the aggressive action is perpetuated by individuals or by an organisation.
ALL people involved in this action receive its affect!
For the purposes of a higher order this is justice.
